Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by First Flow Trading Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), established in 2008 and operating across various disciplines including manpower services, vehicle leasing, and industrial support services.
Scope of Services
First Flow Trading provides skilled and unskilled manpower, leases heavy and light vehicles on a short or long-term basis, and delivers industrial support services either as a direct contractor, subcontractor, or supplier.
Service Agreements
All services rendered shall be governed by mutually agreed-upon contracts. Specific terms, including duration, pricing, scope, and conditions, will be outlined in individual service agreements or leasing contracts.
Vehicle Leasing Terms
Vehicles are leased in working condition and must be returned in the same state, subject to normal wear and tear.
The lessee is responsible for the care, usage, and maintenance of the vehicle during the leasing period.
Any damage caused due to negligence will be borne by the lessee.
Manpower Services
Manpower provided will be skilled or unskilled based on the client's requirement. Replacements or substitutions can be arranged in case of unfit performance, subject to agreed terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and lawful working environment for all personnel provided.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in suspension or termination of services and may incur additional charges or penalties.
Limitation of Liability
First Flow Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or leased assets.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice, in accordance with the terms mentioned in the service contract. Early termination may be subject to fees.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority in Dammam, Eastern Province.
